Dispatch cockpit for last-mile delivery

The sheet is built before your first driver parks.

DSP Cockpit is a Chrome extension that works inside the logins you already have open. It builds the day's dispatch sheet with you, watches the routes, and never writes anything until you press Confirm.

What DSP Cockpit does, hour by hour.

  1. 9:05 AM Routes post. The sheet builds itself.

Drivers come from the day's routes. Load time and pad come from your station's load table, and leave-parking is set 15 minutes before load. Vans go out by your rules: electric first, gas only when a route outruns the battery. Change any cell; it's still your sheet.

  2. 9:40 AM Send to drivers.

Each driver gets their own row — leave parking, load time, pad — on their phone, with a notification. Nothing goes out until you press Send.

The next wave counts down on its own. A route without a van or a wave leaving late stands out before it becomes a problem.

  4. 4:15 PM A route falls behind.

While your operations page is open, Live routes follows every route and flags the ones behind or at risk — judged on real pace, not the first hour on the road. Rescue planner picks the stops to hand off and who is close enough to take them.

  5. 7:45 PM Vans come home.

Battery, range and charging status come from your own Rivian FleetOS tab. If an electric van isn't left charging after its driver signs out, you hear about it. The day closes itself after the last sign-out.

  6. 8:30 PM Tomorrow, checked against Sling.

Read & sync compares tomorrow's schedule with your Sling schedule: who's missing, on the wrong day, at the wrong time or in the wrong role. It proposes the fixes; you confirm each one.

Every write waits for you.

DSP Cockpit proposes. A dispatcher reviews the exact change and presses Confirm. There are no automatic or background writes.

  1. In your session.

It works inside the logins you already have open, on your own account, with your consent.

  2. No passwords.

It never asks for, stores or sends your passwords.

  3. Names stay in your browser.

Driver names, emails and phone numbers stay on your computer. Our server sees one-way codes; the driver app keeps only a first name and last initial.

  4. Nothing hidden.

No stealth, no anti-detection, no bot evasion. If an approach needs to hide, we don't use it.

Compatibility

Works inside the tools you already use: your Amazon Logistics session, Sling and Rivian FleetOS.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Is it an Amazon product?

No. DSP Cockpit is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.

Does it change anything without me?

No. It proposes changes; a person reviews each one and presses Confirm. Nothing is written in the background.

Do you need my passwords?

No. It works inside the sessions you're already signed in to and never asks for, stores or sends your passwords.

Where do driver names go?

Full names, emails and phone numbers stay in your browser. Our server receives a one-way code instead of a name; the driver app keeps only a first name and last initial.
